Product Warranty

Each component of your sofa carries different warranty periods. Please read carefully before submitting claims as charges for non-warranty claims can apply. Claim in person immediately at the store of purchase.

This warranty is valid within Malaysia and only valid when receipt is presented to our store. (MUST) Otherwise we have the right to failure on this warranty.

Transportation Charges (subject to current market price)to and from the designated services center and the Materials used for re-upholstering will be borne by the Purchaser.

The management of TESORO reserves the rights and discretion on the Term and Conditions of the warranty.

This warranty does not cover Fabric/Leather coverings.

All frames (materials that hold the structure of the lounge). This does not cover accidental damage from moving the lounge, improper use of the lounge and/or commercial application.

Any sagging on cushion foam in the seat areas more than 2 inch.

All foams, on pillow top design lounges, back/headrest and armrest foams, webbing and filling loss of resilience in foams is normal part of these designs and not covered by warranty is considered normal use and is not a defect. Not allow “jumping” on them.

The mechanism warranty excluding batteries, transformers and handle for manual recliners.

Over time, your suite may show signs of use, spring, foams, webbing, fillings and the leather itself will soften and loosen over time, and the associated ‘comfort creases’ may appear. Like an expensive jacket or pair of shoes, leather will ‘wear in’
