Comfort Guarantee

Exchange Conditions

1. Mandatory 60-Night Trial Period. To allow your body to adjust to the new mattress, you must sleep on it for at least 60 nights before initiating an exchange.
2. Initiating an Exchange. If you are not completely satisfied after the initial 60-night trial period but within the 365-day guarantee period, contact our customer service team to start the exchange process.
3. Proof of Purchase. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and the reason for your exchange.
4. Exchange Shipping Fee. A shipping fee will apply for the exchange and will be communicated during the exchange process. Our customer service team will coordinate the pickup of the original mattress and delivery of the new one at a convenient time.
5. Condition of Mattress. The mattress must be in good condition, free from stains, tears, odors, or any signs of damage. We recommend using a mattress protector to help keep the mattress in a exchangeable condition.
6. Single Exchange Policy. Each mattress purchased is entitled to only one mattress exchange under the 365-Day Comfort Guarantee to ensure fair use of the policy.

Exchange Details

• Inspection. Upon receiving the original mattress, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our exchange criteria
• New Mattress Delivery. Once the original mattress has been inspected and approved, we will arrange the delivery of your new mattress.
• Processing Time. The entire exchange process, including inspection and delivery, will be completed within 30 business days.

Mattress Donation and Disposal

• Donation. Mattresses returned in good condition will be donated to local charities to support those in need.
• Recycling/Disposal. Mattresses that are not suitable for donation will be responsibly recycled or disposed of in an environmentally friendly manner.

Exclusions

• International Exchanges. We only accept exchanges from within Malaysia. Exchanges from international locations are not accepted.
• Commercial Use. Mattresses purchased for commercial use (e.g., hotels, dormitories) are not covered under the 365-Day Comfort Guarantee.
